Established in 2026, Papa Drew’s Kitchen is a locally owned and family-operated food trailer proudly serving Minnetonka, Excelsior, and communities throughout the western Twin Cities suburbs. Founded by owner Papa Drew, our mission is simple: serve great food, build meaningful connections, and bring people together through the power of community. As a proud member of the Excelsior Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce, we believe that supporting local businesses strengthens the communities we call home. Every event we attend is an opportunity to connect neighbors, celebrate local traditions, and create memorable experiences centered around great food and hospitality.
